Technische Daten:

Das Drehrohrverteilergehäuse besteht aus zwei miteinander ver-

schraubten Trichtern. Im oberen Trichter beﬁ nden sich zwei Inspekti-

onsluken mit Sicherheitsschalter. Das Drehrohr mit Schieberohr ist im

Gehäuse untergebracht. Das Schieberohr wird pneumatisch auf den

angewählten Auslauf gepresst.

Abstützung durch 4 Konsolen am Untertrichter. Der Drehrohrverteiler

ist für die Verteilung von nicht haftenden, frei ﬂ ießenden Schüttgütern

bis zu einem Überdruck von 1,0 bar (bei gefährlichen Fördermedien

0,5 bar) im Rohrsystem geeignet.

Der Drehrohrverteiler darf nicht im Produktstrom geschaltet werden!

Produktförderung von oben auf einen der Ausläufe.

Die Anschlussrohre müssen verspannungsfrei montiert werden. Erfor-

derliche Druckluftversorgung min. 6 bar.

Drehstrom-Getriebemotor, Fabrikat Getriebebau Nord,

Motorspannung 400 V, 50 Hz, Leistungsaufnahme 0,12 KW,

Drehzahl 1,6 U/min.

Monostabiles Magnetventil Spannung 230 V AC. Induktive Endschal-

ter, PNP, jeweils 1Öffner und 1 Schließer pro Auslauf. Alle Anschlüsse

inkl. Druckwächter sind im Anschlusskasten auf Klemmen geführt.

Technical details:

The rotary-head distributor’s casing consists of two funnels screwed

together. The upper funnel has an inspection door with a safety switch.

The turn-pipe and sliding-pipe are mounted in the casing. The sliding

pipe is pressed by spring tension onto the selected outlet sleeve. Sup-

port by 4 support plates on lower funnel.The rotary-head distributor is

suitable for the transport of ﬂ our or granular products up to an over-

pressure of 1.0 bar (for dangerous materials 0,5 bar) within the pipeline

system.

Do not operate rotary-head distributor during production ﬂ ow!

Production ﬂ ow from above to the outlet sleeves. The connection

pipes to the outlet sleeves have to be mounted in tension-free

performance.

Required compressed-air connection min. 6 bar.

Rotary current gear motor, voltage 400 V, 50Hz.

Power input 0.12 KW. Number of revolutions 1.6/min.

Solenoid valve voltage 230 V AC. Inductive proximity switches. One

opening contact, one closing contact.
